Shipments to the USA take just 1 - 2 Weeks but can rarely take up to 4 weeks.
Shipping times vary from 1-3 weeks on average to the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand but can rarely take up to 4 weeks.
For other countries shipping times vary from 1 - 4 weeks, but usually take an average of 1 - 3.
In rare cases when we are sold out of our USA Warehouse, we will ship your order straight from the factory. In this case, shipments to the USA will take 1 - 4 weeks on average.

We use ePacket shipping to provide you with fast and reliable shipping. All orders shipped will come with a shipping number to track your order.
ORDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES
We aim to use ePacket shipping if it is available in your country. Otherwise, we use Parcel shipping. This method lets you avoid having to pay import taxes on orders less than $1000. A tracking number is provided on all orders. You will have to provide a PO BOX if you are shopping from a country that does not not have direct street addresses.

The tracking number first updates within 5 business days of shipment. Please wait a little while and check back later.
I've only received some items, where are the others?
Don't be concerned! Your items were most likely shipped from different warehouses so they will arrive separately. You can contact us or check your order status page for updates on the remaining items.
1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or has SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
We offer FREE exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING.
If the item is defective or damaged during shipping we will ship out a replacement to you for free. If you would like to return an item for any other reason, it must be Unopened and shipped to the return address provided to you.
